Privacy Policy

This policy covers mvlegacy.com and the apps MV Legacy publishes, including the MBM Worship apps: MBM Live, GRAND, PRYSM and TONEWHEEL. If an app has its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store listing or website, that policy applies to that app.
The short version
- We collect only what an app needs to work.
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't use it for advertising, and we don't track you across other companies' apps and websites.
- You can ask us to delete your account and your data at any time.
This website
mvlegacy.com doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising scripts. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
When you send us a message through a form on this site, we receive your name, your email address, what you wrote and the options you picked, as an email to our inbox. We use it only to reply to you and to help with what you asked. Our email delivery provider handles the message on its way to us.
What our apps may collect
What's collected depends on the app and the features you use:
- Account details. Your name and email address when you create an account. Your password is stored in a form we can't read.
- Purchases and licences. What you bought and whether your licence or subscription is active. Payments are processed by Apple for App Store purchases, or by our payment and licensing partners for purchases on our websites. We never receive your full card number.
- Content you upload. For example, tracks you add to your personal library in MBM Live. It's stored privately for your account and never shown to other users.
- Messages you send us. Support emails and feedback, and anything you attach.
- Basic technical details. Such as app version and operating system, when an app checks your licence or downloads content, or when you include them in a support request.
What stays on your device. Your playing, your settings and your sessions stay on your computer unless you choose to sync or upload them. Our instruments don't send your audio or MIDI anywhere.
How we use it
- To run the app and your account, unlock what you bought, and sync your library between your devices.
- To send emails you need, such as account confirmations, password resets and receipts.
- To answer support requests, fix bugs and keep our apps secure.
- To send news about our apps, only if you sign up for it. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our apps: hosting and databases, cloud storage, payments and licensing, and email delivery. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our users and our apps. We never sell it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information and uploaded content within 30 days, except records we're required to keep by law, such as purchase records for tax purposes.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email support@mvlegacy.com from the address on your account. We'll reply within 30 days.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
Information sent between our apps and our servers is encrypted in transit. We limit who can access it and use providers that protect it to industry standards. No system is perfectly secure, so we'll tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
